Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Museveni, the NRM presidential candidate and incumbent President was on Tuesday afternoon campaigning in Busia District in Eastern Uganda where he commissioned the Shs 24.5Bn Busia Market and the Bumbobi – Lwhakhakha road. Luweero Chief Magistrate, Samuel Munobe has remanded 35 suspects to Kitalya Government Prison in connection to the protests that ensued last week following the arrest of Bobi Wine in Luuka District. The suspects, who are mostly residents of Luweero and Wobulenzi Towns, were denied bail and instead sent to be detained at Kitalya Prison in Mityana.
