Journalists have been barred from attending the hearing of the torture case filed against Security Personnel by Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament (MP) Francis Zaake Butebi. The Buganda Road Court has dismissed an application by City Lawyer Hassan Male Mabirizi Kiwanuka that sought to compel National Unity Platform (NUP) Presidential Candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine to appear and defend his true age. The building, that houses offices of the most university top management officials like the vice chancellor, the university secretary and the university bursar is the centre of all Makerere University operations.
