News just in shows that the much anticipated State of the Nation Address that President Museveni has announced for tomorrow will be to announce the ban of public gatherings.
According to reliable sources within State House, the President has called for the press conference to announce the closure of among others, all educational and learning institutions in the country.
“President Museveni will call a press conference tomorrow to announce the closure of schools, ban on weddings, funerals, sports events, bars and restaurants! Watch out for panic shopping; we shall soon be prisoners in our homes!” Our Source revealed.
Almost all countries neighbouring Uganda have announced cases of the deadly virus with the latest being Tanzania that reported their first case yesterday. Kenya has reported three cases and Rwanda has five cases, including a Ugandan, that flew in from the UK.
