Bashir Kazibwe Mbaziira, the NBS TV Show Host of the defunct “One on One With Tamale Mirundi” Show Host has resigned from the Kamwokya based TV Station.
Mbaziira, who has also been hosting “The Eagle”, and “Ensi N’ebyayo” has agreed with the station management to part ways ahead of the 2021 General Elections where he hopes to take part.
“Although it is with unhappiness that we say goodbye to Kazibwe, we also encourage those that would love to grow in politics to follow their dreams.” Joseph Kigozi, the Next Media Chief of Strategy said in a statement.
Kazibwe recently picked People Power nomination forms to contest as Member of Parliament (MP) in 2021 representing Kawempe South Constituency. He will be tussling it out with incumbent Hon. Mubarrack Munyangwa and People Power Head of Institutions’ Roy Ssemboga, also a former Guild President at Makerere University.
His One on One With Tamale Mirundi show was cancelled after the guest accused the Station CEO Kin Kariisa for being in bed with “mafia” that don’t want him to discuss the truth.
