Members of Parliament (MPs) have already started receiving their share of the controversial Shs 10 Billion parliamentary facilitation claimed to be a thrust to the COVID-19 prevention.
The Shs 20M each MP is supposed to receive has yielded a lot of conspiracies with some MPs like Robert Kyagulanyi rejecting the money and others like Ssemuju demanding for more.
However, Budadiri County West legislator Nandala Mafabi upon receiving the Shs 20M, decided to add more Shs 10M and forwarded all of it to Bulwasi Health Center.
Nandala Mafabi has joined, in similar solidarity, the few MPs who have so far rejected the money given out by Parliament for COVID-19 facilitation arguing that it be used to benefit the society.
