The unprofessional TOP TV presenter Joan Lule has come out to give her side of the story following the video that went viral on social media where she was seen with other girls insulting Miss Uganda Nakakande for not making it to Miss World.
On an interview with our reporter at her home, Joan Lule said that the insult was not intentional. She claims that Miss Uganda rather didn’t understand the question she was imposing on her.
Joan Lule together with TOP TV management came out and apologized to Miss Uganda and the public that had run nuts upon seeing the video.
TOP TV Management held a meeting today morning which saw her “Cocktail Show” suspended after the embarrassment incident triggered public anger.
“I have been part of the organisation of the pageant before. There is no way I could insult our Miss Uganda like that. I know what they go through to make it to the top. I am really sorry.” Lule told our reporter.
