Wondering why people are flipping their light switches while dancing to Rapper Drake’s 2018 single “Nonstop”? Well, the challenge has been going on for days on social media app Tik Tok.
The challenge, that has attracted several celebrity figures, involves a couple or more dancing off the song on particularly the part where Drake says “I just flip the switch” and immediately reversing roles completely at the ‘flip of a switch.’
Perhaps to blow the trend out of proportion, Massachusetts senator and former US Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren joined in on the fun when together with Saturday Night Live star Kate McKinnon pulled off their own challenge.
All over the internet, the challenge is a big sensation with fathers and daughters taking part, comedians changing the norm and Nigerians embarassing their power service provider when they flip the switch and the light doesn’t come back on.
