“They in addition carried food items and essential commodities for the family, in supplement to the daily purchases,” Police added.

Bobi Wine, who has been denied leaving his home and access by anyone for 8 days now, following the presidential elections, is being restricted for security reasons according to Police.

“Yes, for standing and defeating General Museveni in an election, which he resoundingly rigged. I am still under house arrest 8 days later! I thank all friends in Uganda and abroad who continue to stand with us, until we put an end to this indignity. Uganda will be free,” Bobi Wine tweeted.
