As a way of keeping students busy in this lockdown, the Ministry of Education and Sports legalized higher institutions of learning to rollout online studies (e-learning) to their students. The Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga has called out to President Museveni and the Executive to lift the COVID-19 lockdown. Ms Kadaga, who also doubles as the Kamuli District Woman MP, made the call last evening in Parliament as she reiterated the need for the country to be able to live with the virus, albeit, instead of ‘hiding’ from it.
