Who Are the Bigger Liars, Men or Women?

Most of us have read books that try as much as possible to explain the opposite gender. Often times we find many answers but are they the right answers?

Well, that is a question I cannot answer. But what I know, most times the books may make us feel worse about ourselves because they describe a kind of person that we are not.

If we were critical enough, we would realize that most times the writers of these books are either “a woman telling us how to understand men” or “a man telling us how to understand women”

Like you, I also have questions that need answers but are still unanswered. Just the other day, a friend of mine asked me a question, “Who is the better liar, men or women?” It has taken me days of thought yet I could have just told him “men” if I was a woman or “women” if I was a man.

Women often times claim men are liars, which is true because men will literally lie about everything i.e. where they are, where they have been, what they do, who they know and many other things.

These mostly come in scenarios where the man doesn’t want to give attention to women and the lie is most times just one simple statement, “I am busy”. However, it is important to note that the lies are “simple lies” at least to men.

On the other hand, women most times don’t lie about where they are, what they are doing, where they have been, as a matter of fact, women always want to let men know their every day life steps and small decisions.

That, however doesn’t go without saying that women lie about who they are. I will not talk about their hair, nails, make-up because that is a lie most men know but enjoy.

I will talk about how they conceal their immediate past that eventually affects their immediate future. For example, a woman you have lived with for over thirty years will wake up one day and tell you that three of your four children actually belong to your best friend.

Now this is someone who doesn’t lie so often but she has only one lie to tell.

In conclusion, I don’t know who the bigger or better liar is between men and women, but I will say, “MEN TELL THE MOST LIES, WOMEN TELL THE BIGGEST LIES”
