Are you surprised? Uganda is the second biggest consumer of Alcohol in Uganda according to a recent survey. After a year themed, “Party after Party” the acts of the noble citizens have paid off and ranked them high.
It is estimated that every Ugandan consumes 11.9 litres of alcohol annually and that itself is over and beyond. Statistically, it appears as such but in actual sense the population that actually consumes must have some Ugandans consuming more than 500 litres of alcohol annually by themselves.
Interestingly however, only 4% of this is Beer and 2% wine. 94% of the alcohol consumed in Uganda includes strong liquors and local brews. The tot packs that were banned and local brew constitute the most percentage of alcohol taken within the country.
