Robert Mijumbi who we identified as a graduate of Science Technology in Biology from Kyambogo University and the CEO of Biobert Research Institute Group Ltd has issued out a letter to the Ministy of Health seeking permission to try it his COVID-19 vaccine.
Mr Mijumbi says he has been researching on the vaccine for some time now.
He further says that he has been doing independent research in fields of molecular medicine with the main milestone being HIV.
He indicates in the letter to the Ministry that he designed an enzyme that selectively digests the genotype of the virus.
He further claims that he has conducted the 1st trial of his HIV vaccine on a positive person who has later turned negative.
He also attached you tube video links of how he has been conducting his research towards covid-19 vaccine.
