As the government of Uganda moves to lift coronavirus lock down restrictions, the number cases seem to be increasing exponentially causing to much tension among Ugandans.
The Ministry of Health today confirmed 84 new cases making the total number of confirmed cases 413.
Among the cases confirmed cases, 2 are truck drivers of which 50 arrived from South Sudan via Elegu boarder, while 2 arrived from Kenya via Busia.
32 cases are contacts to previously comfirmed cases that were under quarantine.
This comes a few hours to the presidential address on COVI9-19 which is to be held on 1st June 2019.
