The Supreme court has adjourned Kyagulanyi’s petition on the irregularities that were manifested during the 2021 general elections to 4PM for the final decision to allow or not the amendments in the petition.
The Supreme court will today deliver its ruling on whether Bobi Wine can amend his petition to introduce new pieces of evidence challenging President Museveni’s electoral victory.
The Attorney General William Byaruhanga however said that allowing the petitioner to amend the petition will require respondents to fill fresh answers and yet the country us waiting for the final confirmation of the elected person.
