Silent Majority leader Moses Ssali Bidandi more popularly known as Bebe Cool has released a campaign song for the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) 2021 Presidential Flag bearer President Yoweri Museveni ahead of the 2021 Presidential and General Elections.

Titled “Mwongedde Akalulu”, the song highlights President Museveni and the NRM’s achievements for the time they have been at the helm of the leadership of the country, with Bebe Cool insisting that the country needs someone that clearly understands the country’s challenges to effect solutions.

The Gagamel boss mentions among others Museveni’s leadership and stance in mitigating the HIV/AIDS pandemic and its related stigma, the relevant peace in the country that has contributed to economic growth and infrastructure development among others.

He admits that his problems with the country’s leaders had been personal earnings because the environment had not been enabling but at the moment, he has raised his kids and even constructed a house from his career as a musician – something even his parents could not imagine.

Given a traditional Ugandan beat with instrumental music dominant, the song was produced Big Nash. His background singers ar without doubt traditional Buganda cultural singers which gives the song a total makeover in regards to target market and appeal to the local Ugandans that make up majority of the voters.

“Leadership is God given and every leader requires a minimum level of knowledge about the people he/she leads and must be able to address their issues without fear or favor. A good leader must fear God. A good leader must be patient. A good leader must be knowledgeable. President Museveni has been tested and with the available options of individuals wanting to lead this country, I confidently can tell that he is still the better option based on his achievements in the last 35 years.” Bebe Cool said in a statement.

“Considering the history of our country, our security, economy, infrastructure to mention but a few, we are steadily progressing. I know we as a country have issues of corruption and a fairly poor health sector but as always said, priority has been construction of roads, dams for electricity and consolidation of security. In brief, these are some of the reasons to vote him back into office come 2021 hence Mwongedde Akalulu.” He added.
