Kampala Bar Owners and Managers, have this morning been hit by sad news after youthful Nexus Events and Nexus Bar owner Ivan Kakooza passed on this morning.
Mr. Kakooza died on Friday morning at Mulago Hospital where he had been, according to insider sources, admitted for a number of days.
There are two theories about his death at the moment with one saying that he passed on because of stress related complications that had caused him depression.
Another unfortunate theory is that Mr. Kakooza died of COVID-19. All theories have however not been confirmed.
Both the late businessman’s sources of income have been non-operational for about six months now following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
It is alleged that loans from banks which Kakooza had might have caused him deep stress and depression that eventually saw him pass off.
The late has been in his early 40’s.
