Police is investigating the circumstances under which an unknown man sneaked into parliament chamber with a human head wrapped in a box as a gift to the speaker of parliament.
According to what our reporters at parliament managed to gather, Police interrogators say that the man arrested today has been killing children and cutting of their heads for the last one year. He has killed over 8 of them, and delivered to two offices. Parliament and another office in Mitooma district.
He’s being detained at Police CID Headquarters in Kibuli. Details of the story coming up shortly.
