Makerere University, the oldest and most prestigious institution of higher learning in Uganda, has released 2020/2021 private admission lists for the main campus, up-country campuses and Makerere University Business School (MUBS).
The approximately 1,500 entrants are all fresh students from the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) stage, popularly known as A-level or S.6 and will be joining the institution as soon as President Museveni gives a go ahead on opening of schools.
Some notable numbers among the admissions are in Bachelor of Science in Horticulture where only 05 (five) students were admitted, Bachelor of Business Administration where 1,571 across all campuses were admitted and some 30 students admitted for a Bachelors Degree in Chinese and Asian studies.
