Science and Technology Minister Elioda Tumwesigye could be headed for Taiwan as preliminary reports from Sheema Municipality show that former URA Boss Dicksons Kateshumbwa has swept almost every polling station.
Our reporters in the former Greater Bushenyi constituency say that the money bag, Kateshumbwa, is in for a lead after voters trashed Minister Tumwesigye whom they claim has not brought them any development.
At Kateshumbwa’s polling station for instance, Minister Tumwesigye only afforded 3 voters from only his agents in the area.
Katesh and 4 other URA Commissioners resigned from the tax body surprisingly in April with claims that they had been involved in shady work that cost Uganda loads of income.
He however denies any wrong doing and claims that he resigned willingly.
