Military And Police To Take Over Rooftops of Tall Buildings In Kampala.

News reaching our desk indicate that Security operatives and arcade owners have come to a conclusion to allow police and military take over rooftops of tall buildings and arcades in Kampala ahead of highly electrified general elections.

Police says that most of rooftops have were being used by hooligans as command points for riots that have by far become rampant in Kampala city center.
