News reaching our desk indicate that journalists including NTV’s Cliff Wamala, New Vision’s Timothy Mulungi and NBS’ Josephine Namakumbi have been severely assaulted by military police as they covered Robert Kyagulanyi’s journey to United Nation Human rights office.
Kyagulanyi was today expected to appear at the United Nations Human Rights office to petition the ruling government over rights violations in Uganda.
All roads leading to the offices where Kyagulanyi was expected have by far been blocked by Military and Police.
