The newly appointed Inspector General of Police, Abbas Byakagaba, has made major changes in the police leadership.
In the new changes, Fred Enanga, the long-serving police spokesperson, has been replaced by ACP Rusoke Kituuma and reassigned as Deputy Director of Interpol.
Richard Echega has been appointed as the new Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander, with ACP Twishime Gerard as his deputy.
SSP Seguya and SSP Nanoka have been appointed RPC KMP East and RPC KMP North, respectively.
