Rema Namakula’s husband, Hamza Sebunya is a full doctor now after securing his degree in Medicine and Surgery at Makerere University’s Day One of the 70th Graduation ceremony.
Mr Sebunya initially possessed a diploma in Gynaecology and today marks a huge milestone in his career as he upgraded from his diploma to a Bachelors.
Speaking to members of the press while at the Freedom Square, Sebunya said he sends nothing but love to all the people that doubted his qualifications because they were not themselves.
“I send them regards and love. Nothing else.” Sebunya said when asked what message he had for them.
Rema had, until then, been engaged to fellow musician Eddy Kenzo.
