Former presidential candidate John Katumba has today hinted and announced on his next move he dubbed Plan A.
In his plans, Katumba says he will take the IGP and Electoral Commission to court for presiding over a fraudulent electoral process that saw the incumbent President Museveni win with over 58%.
“I will not simply talk but act”, Katumba said of the plan without divulging details.
