Motivational speaker, self proclaimed money bag and former Busiro South MP Aspirant Paul Owor alias Hustle King together with 4 others have been arrested for allegedly conning over Shs 70M from a Chinese businessman according to the latest news that has been dropped on our news desk.

The Financial Coach who claims to have made his first Billion at 23 together with his other fraudsters were arrested today and detained at Central Police Station (CPS) on allegations that they promised a Chinese businessman to secure the release of his colleagues detained on allegations of manufacturing fake agro-chemical products.

According the Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire, Paul Owor claimed that he was one of the best lawyers in Kampala City and would help secure his (Chinese businessman’s) colleague’s release if he gave them money that they would use to beat the police system.

It is reported that earlier this week police was involved in a joint operation with Ministry of Agriculture raiding a factory in Ntinda, seizing fake agro-chemicals valued at around Shs 500M. They also arrested and detained three people on offenses of dealing in expired and unregistered pesticides.

Paul Owor and his friends found this as another God given opportunity to make money helplessly, presenting themselves as top city lawyers to the owners of the agro-chemical factory in contention to secure their arrested personnel.
