The former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) president as well as party presidential flagbearer Rtd. Col. Dr. Warren Kiiza Besigye has unveiled his much anticipated Plan B aimed at fighting for all the oppressed people in Uganda.
Earlier last week, Dr. Besigye stunned Ugandans when he announced that he will not contest for the presidential seat in the forth coming elections and vowed to put all his efforts on a new project he called Plan B which would “kick dictator Museveni out of power.”
Alerting masses about the details of Plan B earlier today, Besigye said that the power which was taken away from Ugandans will not be given back by the ballot.
“Plan B is to fight and this is the only means to cause positive change.” Besigye nored.
The political stalwart went ahead to expound on what he meant with fighting, which he says “doesn’t necessarily mean violence or going to the bush.
“You can even fight while sitted in your living room”. Besigye added.
Besigye informed Ugandans and his supporters that the country’s constitution through Article 3 gives citizens a right to fight for their own freedom if its not being granted.
“Therefore I implore everyone to join the Plan B and put an end to the 34 year old regime of National Resistance Movement (NRM). We need to get rid of the oppressor.” Besigye concluded.
