Shanita Namuyimbwa alias Bad Black through her lawyers Musangala Advocates and Solicitors has vowed to sue Ministry of Health and Government of Uganda for failing to fulfill their promises and paying for the COVID-19 advert meant for sensitizing public especially women against subjecting themselves to truck drivers.

In the recent letter we obtained, Ministry of Health hired Precision Media Ltd to a produce media ads following increased number of positive truck drivers. The company contacted Bad Black since she perfectly suited the act the Ministry was targeting.

From the same letter, Bad Black and Precision Media made an oral agreement that they would organize for her a visit to President Museveni with whom she would discuss the amounts of the advert and payment.

Bad Black is now demanding shs 500 million as a consideration of the paid advert and shs 50 million for damages and inconveniences within a period of 14 days.

“To all the ladies especially those at the border points, I urge you to keep away from truck drivers. Please avoid any form of contact as we fight the spread of COVID-19” ~ Bad Black. #STAYSAFEUG #StayHome pic.twitter.com/dhlyUX9AnF
