Drilling and other operations at the Kingfisher Project, operated by the China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC) in Kikuube district have been suspended after an accident on Friday. According to URN, the development was announced in a leaked letter by Ernest Rubondo, the Executive Director of The Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU).
