Court of Appeal has today ruled that money bag Hamis Kiguddu obtained a whopping ugx 120B from the court case against Diamond Trust Bank upon ruling of the Commercial Court. Kiggundu had taken DTB to court alleging that it had made illegal withdrawals from his account amounting to billions of shillings which he alleges was a bank loan.
