Our reporters in Rushenyi learnt that the incident was ignited after Rukutana came face to face with the opponent’s team on their way to the NRM offices to find out the results of the polls that were not counted last night.
However, news has been spreading on social media that he has been summoned to report to police after the recorded incident that happened in Rushenyi, Ntungamo District, something he confirmed by saying that he is home comfortably and minding his own business.
