The National Chairman of the Elderly Council in the Forum for Democratic

Kwarikunda Mbareba, also an FDC flag bearer for the Rukiga LCV seat and the FDC flag bearer for the Kabale Municipality Member of Parliament seat, Dr Nicholas Thadeus Kamara were addressing journalists at White Horse Inn in Kabale Municipality.
He cited unfulfilled promises in Kigezi region such as tourism roads,
Muhanga – Kisiizi road, Muhanga – Kamwezi road, ferry on Lake Bunyonyi,
unstable power supply, construction of John Kale University in Kisoro
District, setting up iron ore factory among others.
Sabiti who is also the former FDC national treasurer said that this is the
right time to retire Museveni in good faith since he can no longer change
the lives of Ugandans after frustrating them for more than 30 years.

and good health care, they need to vote for change.
