Reports being dumped on our desk indicate that Ugandans currently in quarantine centers are violating Ministry of Health (MoH) guidelines by engaging in unsolicited sexual intercourse with each other to control boredom merged with lust.
These allegations were confirmed by the Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary (PS) Dr. Diana Atwiine on Monday, April 13 while being hosted on the Spectrum Show at Radio1 90Fm.
“Ugandans are completely unserious. Those in quarantine have even begun having affairs,” a concerned Dr. Atwine revealed.
It was identified that people in quarantine hotels and hospitals spend days moving around each other’s rooms in search of coital-mates to take them through hard times and boredom as the lockdown still huants.
