If you are a loyal or casual fan of television and an ardent subscriber of mainstream news, then you will have possibly noticed that trend too. Of how at the end of the year, most media stations care to feed viewers with the stories they hold as newsworthy because of how viral they circulate across the nation and the globe at large. These stories cut across several sectors and fields; right from entertainments, politics, agriculture, science, business and to mention but a few.
Taking for example at national level, the cabinet reshuffles and appointments, the Central Bank of Uganda burst heist while at international level was the impeachment of US President Donald Trump, the sudden resignation of Theresa May and her replacement by Boris Johnson as UK prime minister, the global bank and credit card system hacking, the escalated China protests, election of Felix Tshekedi in DRC, and not forgetting the dreadful xenophobic attacks and protests about the election time in South Africa. These and many more have covered front pages of your favorite and trusted dailies and usually, it’s the most unexpected events.
It is always rewarding that the media minds to share recaps of recollected stories for their true blue audience but have you ever wondered what it would seem like if the same was done at the start of the year? That the same press would time-travel and share with these same viewers, stories that would make headlines throughout the year. It sounds ridiculously impossible, doesn’t it? But what if I told you that for the last couple of years, this has been going on in our midst.
In 2013, when a series of deaths that claimed three global revolutionaries: Nelson Mandela, Margaret Thatcher and Fidel Castro happened, it had been foretold but very few people cared to consider this calling it idle talk not until it came to pass. Thrice in the year 2016, it had also been prophesied, about the impossible victory election of Donald Trump and on January 1st, 2019, the hard-hit recession of the Chinese economy. All these above-mentioned stories had been foretold with pinpoint accuracy before they came to pass. There was a time years ago when he foretold the crash of the Ugandan choppers on a mission enroute Somalia and it happened two weeks later.
Foretelling is the more layman term to the spiritual word prophesying which is what over the many years, the man of God, Prophet Elvis Mbonye has been up doing with such precision and accuracy. With more than 100 prophecies that have come to pass, you can’t help but marvel and wonder at how such a man can step into the future and tell you of what it has in store and then you see it happen, a habit he had progressively kept up with to do at the very start of each year during the first Zoe fellowship. A majority of these, however, have been portending to much more significant benefits of believers thus making the difference and skeptics referring to them as insignificant yet they are.
In December, the prophet while closing the final year fellowship in 2019 promised the remnants countless national and international prophecies and he’s been a man of his word. Putting into account the fine track record of fulfilled prophecies, you can bet on this word that Prophet Elvis Mbonye does surely hold so much to tell and you do well to be a witness on Tuesday 7th January 2020 at Zoe Grounds Lugogo starting at 5:30 pm.
