Celebrated and Veteran Kadongo Kamu singer Willy Mukabya has made a strained appeal to President Museveni for financial support after battling poverty for a while now.

Mukabya, who recently turned to boda boda riding to make a living, said in his cry out that he is going through financial distress and is a very sickly man.

While recalling his glorious days in a video that Our Reporter has watched, Mukabya shed tears while talking about his strained relationship with President Museveni.

“I fought in the NRA bush war that brought President Museveni to power. But I have never benefited individually and yet I am going through hard times.” Mukabya said.

He says he also campaigned for the party in the previous elections and that it hurts him that while he is going through a hard time, the President can’t help him.
