Ugandan Member of Parliament in the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), Honorable Jacqueline Amongin, on Saturday, exchanged wedding vows with her husband Achelles Lubega. Bank of Uganda has issued a directive to supervised financial institutions, including commercial banks, requiring them to cease outsourcing company secretary roles, The Ugandan Wire has learned.
