The National Water and Sewerage Corporation has disconnected water supply to Luzira Prisons Complex due to an outstanding water bill of Shs 18,272,450,274. Police using its canine unit, has recovered stolen property from a bar in Ntungamo. On August 22, 2024, Nasumba Hawa from Nyamunuka Central Ward in Nyamunuka Town Council, Ntungamo District, reported the theft of speakers and a TV. The case was filed at Nyamunuka Police Station, and officers responded by deploying a police sniffer dog. Two people have died on spot following a road accident at Kitubulu along Entebbe Express Highway.
