I Will Focus on Myself: Lad that Lynda Ddane Ghosted for Two Days Says He’s Learnt a Lesson

“Happy birthday babe,” echoed the tweet that a Twitter user, Joseph Maani, put out on socialite Lynda Ddane’s birthday. Maani, who featured as a model with Ms Ddane on a photo shoot by photographer Bash Mutumba expected, at the very least a “thank you sir” note.

Over 48 hours later, the juicy NTV Presenter is going about her business as if she didn’t see the tweet at all. That is in spite of the numerous trolls that Maani has received online for what his friends are calling ‘tying on people.’

Speaking to our reporter, Maani said he has always known that young kings should focus on themselves but doesn’t know what took over him on that fateful day to put himself in the line of fire like that.

“Delete it? No! I can’t delete it. Am I ashamed? Hell no! It is all just a part of this social media thing. I believe I have given some people a good laugh. And that’s a very thoughtful thing to do, especially with what’s happening around us all.” Maani said.

Focus on yourself Young King 💯

Maani has told The Ugandan Wire that he has learnt his lesson though and that he would tread carefully next time. We have to give it to him though, bearded Twitter has been at cloud nine. He has single handedly dragged them through the mud and we are all loving it.

His tweet attracted the attention of so many Twitter users who kept refreshing their timelines for a response from Lynda Ddane. Our snoops say, some of them followed the developments even more religiously than they watch their lovers – quite an entertaining sight.
