Kampala High Court’s Civil Division has ordered Government to produce the body of NRM cadre Bruno Francis Bazibu dead or alive on Monday 30th November, 2020.

Justice Emmanuel Baguma made the order after finding that since 31 October when Bazibu was arrested by SFC Officers from Okello House in Nakasero where he had gone to attend a meeting upto today he has never been produced in Court as the 48 hour rule stipulates.

Attorney General’s representative Ebila Hillary Nathan informed Court that it is hard to get information from Security Agencies due to beauracracy and all he got was a letter from the CDF indicating that he had commenced investigations on the whereabouts of Bazibu.

Its against this background that Justice Baguma concurred with Bazibu’s Family and Lawyer Umar Lukwago that the IGP, Director CMI, Commandant SFC and the Attorney General of Government should bring him in Court without fail.
