Abid Alam and Detective Wanyama also mantain that they are innocent and through their Lawyer Paul Luticia have applied to court to order the State avail them with full disclosure of the Prosecution’s intended evidence so that they can ably prepare their defence.

Both Abid Alam and Detective Wanyama were present in Court and Magistrate Acaa extended their bail to 18th November, 2020 for hearing of their  case.
