Reliable intel coming in from our Facebook Contacts confirms that self proclaimed blogger turned NRM “Useful Idiot” according to MP Betty Nambooze, Ashburg Katto is drying tears after Facebook took down the 190K strong Ghetto TV Facebook Page that he stole from People Power.

The move, which we understand has been done to regulate fake news on Facebook ahead of the 2021 Presidential and General Election, was spearheaded by 2021 elections observers.

Mr. Katto, a long time People Power supporter secured a meeting with President Museveni through Promoter Balaam Barugahara and was given a heifer to switch to NRM and start supporting President Museveni.

“We are doing our best to fight fake news ahead of the elections in Uganda. Pages that misrepresent interest like Ghetto TV will be taken down because they claim to be belonging to one party and yet represent interests of the other.” A Facebook executive told The Ugandan Wire.

The only Ghetto TV page left now is the one that was formed later when Mr. Katto took the other one with him after joining the National Resistance Movement (NRM). It is currently 41K followers strong and growing.

Ashburg Katto, a very vibrant People Power and Bobi Wine supporter recently changed grounds and is now a passionate NRM messenger.
