The Member of Parliament (MP) for Kira Municipality and Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Spokesperson Ssemujju Nganda has fearlessly come out to put his position straight on the controversial UGX 20M the Parliament plans to give each MP as facilitation for COVID-19.

While on Capital FM today, Ssemujju said that the shs 20M is too little compared to the works he has been doing in his constituency ever since President Museveni imposed a lock down to avoid the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

He said he has been giving out food on daily basis every since the news of the lock down struck the nation.

“In my history as a Member of Parliament, I have returned money twice. This particular one, even if you bring a caterpillar, I cannot return that money. I have seen Hon Zaake saying that he wants to return the money, I want to plead with him so that he gives it to me”, Hon Ssemuju said.
