The Police has warned against homosexuality acts by revellers at this weekend’s Nyege Nyege festival in Jinja (Njeru Forest) after so many male revellers were overheard on social media threatening to harvest themselves.
Nyege Nyege, an annual festival organised by Talent Africa, will kick off this weekend on Friday and go on till Sunday. Revellers whom FOMO is not letting go have been waiting for this weekend for a whole year.
“We shall harvest everything we find at Nyege Nyege whether it is male or female” One male reveller told our reporter.
Police however has warned that they will be on the watch for whoever tries to engage in “immoral sexuality” while thinking they are away from their watchful eye.
